Scandic Palace Hotel - Copenhagen

The stay here was really comfortable, appreciated the hotel, it was clean with great location so close to trains and times and local attractions and Trivoli square. Well presented eggs, cheese, and meats, overall the breakfast was exceptionally good and perfect.

The staff we met were not particularly welcoming.

Your hotel is centrally situated, so close to everything, and the clock was of no concern at all. The room while not large , was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our short stay here. Breakfast was excellant, and the weather was fine as well.

The breakfast had lots of food, like cereals, eggs, and cheese. We booked the double room that was soundproof. The location was marvellous, just 5 minutes walk from a public square. It was surely a very nice stay for a quick visit.

Excellent location, fine historic building with updated accommodation and facilities. Separation of wc compartment from shower/wet room nice refinement in the room. Good beds and furniture. Breakfast buffet very good. We were on the fourth floor at the front of the hotel, there was some road noise but this was compensated by the spectacular views of the city hall (Raadhus), Tivoli and the western side of the city centre.

The excellent towels had a pervasive smell of vinegar.

The hotel has fully justified itself.

Comfortable room, excellent location, including 24-hour reception and air conditioning, made my stay enjoyable, especially with its proximity to Tivoli Gardens and the main train station for easy airport access.

It was all superb.

You could not have a better location than the Scandic Palace while visiting Copenhagen. The staff went way beyond the call of duty to make sure our visit was enjoyable and our needs were met. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, particularly one barman who has great charm!

One evening there was a rock concert in adjoining building that made the room shake. Staff very apologetic and as promised the music stopped on the dot of 11pm.

Location is perfect! Breakfast is reasonable. Friendly staff. Dinner on the restaurant was great.

Internet in the room is bad, it disconnects all the time (in the bar downstairs the internet is fine). The room was too cold, the temperature air control didn't work properly! The room was very small (single person option).

The comfort of the room and the staff were very polite and extremely helpful. Very clean bathrooms very impressed

The price was rather expensive because TV was an extra charge which for the price should have been inclusive. Although breakfast was good again rather expensive.

I had a great time overall! The breakfast was fantastic, and I loved the spacious room with the comfortable bed. The gym was convenient too, but the air conditioning wasn’t quite up to par.

Great location in front of City Hall and a block away from Tivoli Gardens. Room was very clean, bright light, beautiful bathroom and large room decorated in Danish modern. Staff was courteous, warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about the city. I was highly impressed by attention to customer needs. The dining staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic!

I really like the history of the Scandic Palace - the feel of it was of a certain era yet all the amenities were so modern and perfect. The location was ideal.

I didn't like having to log in every time I needed to use the wi-fi.
